You’re invited to a special patient event where you can:

- Get a free lunch
- Share your feedback on your care
- Find out more about using the NHS app or Evergreen Life app to manage your care
- Get a free blood pressure chat
- Chat with local GPs
The event will take place on Thursday, 16 July 2026, at 11am to 1pm and is a Lunch & Learn session, with free food provided.
All are welcome! No registration needed, simply turn up on the day.
